The founders of Design Financial have worked for over 30 years in the financial services industry. It is their desire to share what they have learned through the years (and continue to learn) with other agents. At Design Financial, we want you to have a personal relationship with both President, Tracy Cunningham and Vice-president, David Messing. They want to get to know you to give you the best advice and guidance for success.

When you walk into our home office, you are met with a warm greeting from Grace, 

David's mother.  She helps to make the office a place to feel at home and is another useful resource for you, with over 50 years experience in the industry.

 David, a Dallas/Ft. Worth native, is usually in our home office meeting with clients or 

training with agents from all over the country, all with the help of his wife Carol. 

Tracy and his wife Julie travel the country working with clients and agents. 

They refer to Tucson, AZ as their home where their children, grand-child and parents all live (even though they are rarely there).

Dan Ice, Regional manager for our Tucson, AZ and El Paso, TX offices 

resides in Tucson and is a great resource with 30 years experience in the industry.

It is this family dynamic that we have built this company and
